About
Hey, I’m Mostafa - a computer engineer who roams across many domains, always chasing the why behind how things work. When I’m not in code, I’m into music and BodyPump classes.
Most of what I post here is what I’m actively learning - writing is the best way I know to document it.
I’m particularly drawn to fundamentals: how systems are built, how abstractions leak, and what sits underneath what we take for granted.
I graduated in Computer Engineering from Egypt (2016–2021). My graduation project was an electrical circuit solver powered by machine learning and computer vision - which also sparked my early obsession with CV.
My first real language was Objective-C (yes, before Swift existed - and yes, HTML doesn’t count). From there I wandered into Computer Vision, then Embedded programming, and now I find myself deep in compilers, Rust, LLMs, and hermetic build systems. The interests shift; the curiosity doesn’t.
Find me on GitHub · Twitter · Resume.
Curiosity has always driven me more than staying in a lane.
